9/20 - Meet @ Carmel with Bonfire celebration directly afterwards at Asilomar beach

9/27 - Meet @ Carmel

10/4 -Meet @ PG (first ever) followed by Movie night at PGMS (McFarland, USA) 

10/26 - All County League meet

10/26 - Zombie Run @ Pebble Beach - Those not running in all County and have registerd on there own

11/1 -MTJAL League Championship meet @ Carmel

11/8- End of Season Party

11/10 - Big Sur Half volunteer

11/28 - Light Parade celebration (team walks in parade) 

• Signups are the first week of school at lunch. Have your runner listen to the bulletin for the exact day.

• Need to have a physical on file with the PGMS.

• Need to fill out the sportsmanship night packet (will be digital in 2025)

• If you will be carpooling to the meets, you must fill out the PGUSD driver form

• Varsity = 7 runners for each division, boys and girls.

• JV = Coed race, no limit on runners

• Course length 1.8 to 2.1 miles

• Locations: Carmel Middle School, our home course at 1004 David Ave, and Palo Corona XC course

• Coach Tracy - All around amazing person!

• Coach Ryan - Not as amazing as Tracy, but much much louder.

• Coach Sam - 4 legged coach.

• Mantra - We coach people who want to run or learn to run, not those who are being forced to run.

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday @ 1004 David Ave, PG. Fridays we meet at George Washington Park.

• Bring shoes, hydration and timing device (if you have one).

• We need parent volunteers for our long run days. Typically Tuesday and Friday.

• Signup to bring popsicles after Friday practices and meets.

• Have fun!

• Don't talk when coaches are talking.

• Be the best teammate possible at all times.
